You will work directly with parents, understand their needs and decision-making process, and take ownership of conversion results. As you build a deeper understanding of our users and products, you will gradually take on broader user operations initiatives, including cross-subject enrollment among existing families, referral programs, parent communities, and user engagement activities.\nWe are looking for someone who can do more than simply follow an established process. We want someone who understands users, takes ownership of goals, and proactively finds ways to get results.\nWhat You’ll Do\nParent Communication & Course ConversionCommunicate directly with parents to understand students’ learning needs, current performance, and key factors influencing family decisions.\nRecommend appropriate courses based on user needs and drive trial class bookings and course enrollment.\nConsistently follow up with prospective families and address common concerns related to learning outcomes, course difficulty, scheduling, pricing, and other considerations.\nTake ownership of key conversion outcomes, including trial class bookings, attendance, and long-term course enrollment.\nIdentify recurring user needs, objections, and reasons for drop-off, and continuously improve communication strategies and conversion SOPs.\n\nCommunity Operations & User GrowthDevelop a deep understanding of existing families and identify cross-subject enrollment opportunities across Math, ELA, and other programs.\nParticipate in referral initiatives by designing user outreach, incentives, and conversion pathways.\nSegment users by grade level, subject, and learning stage and develop targeted engagement strategies.\nIdentify growth opportunities through user feedback and data, and turn insights into actionable initiatives.\n\nCommunity & User Engagement ProgramsSupport the day-to-day operation of parent communities and maintain ongoing communication with families to increase engagement.\nTrack data related to user communication, conversion, cross-subject enrollment, referrals, and engagement programs.\nPlan and execute programs such as learning challenges, educational resource campaigns, trial classes, assessments, and parent workshops.\nDevelop parent-facing content and activities around topics relevant to U.S. K-12 families, including learning pathways and school or admissions-related policies.\nDesign user journeys that move families from initial participation toward further engagement and course conversion, with timely follow-up for high-potential users.\nTrack key metrics such as registration, participation, and conversion, and continuously optimize programs based on results.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree or above.\nNative or near-native Chinese communication skills and professional working proficiency in English.\nStrong user communication skills, with the willingness to proactively reach out, follow up consistently, and move users toward the next step.\nStrong goal orientation and results ownership, with the ability to take responsibility for clear conversion and operational targets.\nStrong learning ability and execution skills; able to proactively identify solutions and move projects forward in ambiguous situations.\nBasic data literacy and the ability to use data and user feedback to evaluate and improve performance.\nAbility to work on-site in Silicon Valley on a long-term basis.\nMandarin proficiency is required for this position.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in education, user operations, community operations, admissions, enrollment, or conversion-focused roles.\nFamiliarity with U.S. K-12 education or the educational needs of Chinese families in the U.S.\nExperience managing parent communities, user engagement programs, or in-person events.\nAbility to demonstrate past business impact with specific examples and measurable results.\nWhy You’ll Like This Role\nClear Growth Path: Opportunities to grow into project management, academic operations, education product, or people management roles.\nDeep Exposure to U.S. ELA Education: Work directly with ELA programs serving North American K-12 families and help bring structured, effective English learning experiences into real classrooms and homes.\nCross-Functional Business Exposure: Work closely with teaching, curriculum, and marketing teams throughout the user growth process.\nLong-Term Career Development: Build toward broader roles in user operations, user growth, academic operations, or project management.\nCompensation & Benefits Structure:\nTotal Compensation Package: $80,000-$90,000Includes Base Salary: $78,000-$80,000 + Teaching Bonus: Up to 10%\n\nExtensive hands-on experience and the opportunity to own and lead impactful projects from an early stage; Fast-track path to management-level roles within 2-3 years, supported by structured mentorship and direct coaching from experienced leaders\n401k and Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance\nH1B Sponsorship available for eligible candidates\nAs part of a global education company, you may have the chance to collaborate with international branches, engage with our headquarters, or explore cross-border career opportunities\nRelocation Allowance available \nThink Academy is an equal opportunity employer.
