Be the first point of contact for ThinkChat customers. You'll help businesses set up their AI chatbot, answer their questions and make sure they succeed on the platform.

What you'll do:

  • Answer customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email and live chat
  • Guide new customers through onboarding and chatbot setup
  • Log issues and work with the tech team on fixes
  • Write FAQs and help-centre articles, and gather customer feedback

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree student in any field
  • Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Patient, organised and a natural problem-solver
  • Comfortable using tech tools
