You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. \n\nYou will perform sales functions which include but may not be limited to the following:\n\n Focus on securing projects in adherence to industry best practices and ThinkBIT’s project life cycle;\n\n Work closely with clients and the development team to translate client needs into clear, actionable user stories.\n\n Collaborate with teams in completing project requirements; an\n\n Expand your knowledge in sales methodologies.\n\n Prepare proposals and/or contracts.\n\n Research and prospect to make outbound cold calls or emails to prospective customers.\n\n Appropriately qualify all leads and establish an action plan.\n\n Maintain and expand the database of prospects for the organization.\n\n Pitch products and services to possible leads, customers, and partners\n\n Prepares weekly / monthly reports on tasks performed\n\nQualifications\n\n Proven experience as a Business Developer or similar role in the software development industry.\n\n Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and trends.\n\n Experience in generating sales for a company\n\n Experience in creating and refining user stories for development teams.\n\n Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\n\n Knowledgeable in digital trends (especially regarding mobile apps)\n\n Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n Graduate of any four-year course.
