Meet the team that leads thinkbridge.\n\nAbout Role\nWe are hiring a Senior Software Engineer with 4–6 years of experience with strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, SQL, HTML, and CSS. The ideal candidate should have strong software development fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and experience building, maintaining, debugging, and improving reliable and scalable applications.\n\nWhat You'll Do \nAs part of the job\n\nParticipate in requirements analysis and understand functional and technical requirements.\nDesign, develop, and maintain applications using C# and .NET.\nWrite clean, scalable, maintainable, and reusable code.\nDevelop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database operations.\nWork with HTML and CSS to maintain and enhance application interfaces where required.\nDebug, troubleshoot, refactor, and improve existing applications.\nDevelop and maintain unit tests to ensure application quality and reliability.\nIdentify and resolve performance, functionality, and production issues.\nFollow coding standards, design principles, and software development best practices.\nUse Git for version control and effective collaboration.\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.\n\nRequirements:\nMust have skills\n\n4–6 years of relevant software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in C# and .NET.\nStrong knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including writing and optimizing queries.\nGood hands-on experience with HTML and CSS.\nStrong understanding of OOP, SDLC, coding standards, and software development best practices.\nExperience with debugging, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and unit testing.\nExperience with Git or other version control systems.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.\nGood to have\nHands-on experience with Python.\nKnowledge of REST APIs and web services.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nUnderstanding common design patterns and SOLID principles.\nFamiliarity with tools such as Jira or similar project management tools.\n\nNew graduates\nthinkSchool is where graduates start their careers at thinkbridge.\n\nEqual opportunity\nthinkbridge is an equal opportunity employer.
