And if that sounds like you, let’s talk.\nThe Opportunity\nWe're looking for a Junior Art Director to join our London team who is as comfortable coming up with a great idea as they are bringing it to life.\nSomeone with strong conceptual thinking, excellent visual taste and a solid foundation in graphic and motion design.\nYou'll work closely with our Creative Directors, designers, strategists and producers to develop campaigns, visual identities, content and creative experiences for a diverse range of brands.\nWe're particularly interested in someone who's curious about emerging technologies and understands how AI can enhance the creative process without replacing original thinking or good taste.\nWe value ideas over software skills, but we love people who can do both.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDevelop fresh, engaging creative concepts across digital, social, experiential and integrated campaigns.\nTranslate ideas into compelling visual executions, from initial sketches and moodboards through to polished creative.\nCollaborate with Creative Directors and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.\nContribute to art direction, graphic design, motion design and visual storytelling across a variety of projects.\nHelp develop visual identities, campaign assets, pitch presentations and creative treatments.\nStay curious about design trends, culture, emerging technologies and new ways of creating.\nExplore AI tools and emerging creative workflows to enhance ideation, experimentation and execution.\nBring your own creative perspective while remaining open to feedback, collaboration and new ideas.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nSome experience in art direction, graphic design or a related creative role, ideally within an agency or creative studio.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual craft and a clear creative point of view.\nA solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour and design principles.\nExperience with graphic design and motion design, with the ability to bring ideas to life visually.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.\nAn interest in AI and emerging creative technologies, along with an understanding of where they can add value.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to articulate your creative thinking.\nA collaborative, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn, experiment and push ideas further.\nA genuine passion for creativity, design, culture and making great work.\nBonus Points!\nExperience creating content and campaigns for social platforms.\nFamiliarity with Figma, 3D tools or other creative technologies.\nExperience experimenting with generative AI tools for creative ideation and production.\nAn interest in photography, film, animation or emerging visual storytelling techniques.\nAdditional Info\nMonday -
