This is a hands on role. We value thinkers that are doers, and ones who can take an active role in developing standout work.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLead and contribute to brainstorming sessions, developing innovative concepts and social-first ideas that meet client objectives and our creative goals.\nApply your art direction and design expertise to craft compelling visual narratives, guide the design process, and ensure the highest level of creative output.\nPartner with writers, strategists, and producers to bring campaigns to life across multiple channels.\nPresent ideas, moodboards, and concepts to clients; translate feedback into effective creative solutions.\nWe work best when we stay close to the work. That means sometimes rolling up sleeves, on set, behind the camera or a R4 Figma file.\nStay up-to-date with design, culture, social media, and technology trends to keep work fresh and forward-thinking.\nWhat You'll Bring\n4-6 years in an Art Direction role with considerable design skill, with a portfolio showcasing strong design, ideation and campaign work.\nMastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and ability to bring ideas to life across a range of formats.\nAbility to create and develop compelling concepts for social, digital, and integrated campaigns.\nConfident presenting work internally and to clients, with strong verbal and visual communication abilities.\nExperience working with production teams to ensure creative consistency across shoots and final assets.\nCollaborative spirit with the ability to inspire designers and partner seamlessly with copywriters, strategists, and account leads.\nUnderstanding of branding, marketing, and social media best practices.\nChronically online, tapped into all facets of culture both in and outside the realm of social media marketing.\nAdditional Info\nMonday -
