This is a hands-on, social-first creative production role for someone who knows how to capture great footage, edit quickly, and turn ideas into content that feels native to the platform it lives on.\nWe’re not looking for a traditional content creator or someone who wants to be in front of the camera. We’re looking for someone who thrives behind the camera and in editing - someone with a strong visual eye, an instinct for social culture, and the ability to take content from shoot to final cut.\nYou’ll work closely with our creative, strategy, social, and production teams to create everything from quick-turn TikToks and Reels to campaign content, event coverage, interviews, branded social series, and reactive content, while mentoring the team on production best practices and workflows.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nShoot and edit social-first content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging channels\nOwn content from capture through post-production, including shooting, editing, colour, sound, graphics, captions, and final delivery\nTranslate creative concepts, briefs, and social strategies into engaging visual content\nCreate quick-turn, platform-native edits that feel current without simply chasing trends\nCapture people, products, events, environments, and cultural moments in an authentic and visually compelling way\nDirect talent and subjects on set to get natural, engaging performances\nWork across both polished campaign content and more lo-fi, reactive social content\nAdapt existing campaign assets into social-first edits and cutdowns\nCollaborate with creatives, strategists, producers, account teams, and community/social teams\nContribute ideas for formats, treatments, transitions, hooks, storytelling approaches, and content series\nStay close to evolving social platforms, editing styles, visual trends, music, internet culture, and creator-led formats\nManage multiple projects and quick timelines while maintaining a strong creative standard\nHelp build and evolve the visual language of our clients’ social channels\nWhat You'll Bring\nExperience shooting and editing social, branded content, digital content, or similar work\nA portfolio or reel that demonstrates strong shooting and editing skills\nStrong understanding of what makes content work on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms\nExcellent editing instincts, including pacing, storytelling, hooks, music, sound design, and transitions\nComfortable shooting with professional cameras as well as phones and lightweight social production setups\nProficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro;
