This is a hands-on creative role, responsible for translating business objectives into compelling concepts and high-quality visual and multimedia content that engages traders and supports our wider marketing initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nCreative Development & Execution\nTake a hands-on role in developing and executing creative concepts aligned with brand and marketing objectives.\nOwn the creative process from concept through delivery, ensuring quality and consistency across channels.\nProvide creative direction, feedback and support to designers and other creative team members.\nUse performance data, testing and emerging creative trends to continuously improve content and campaign effectiveness.\nDigital, Video & Performance Creative\nDevelop digital-first creative for paid acquisition and performance campaigns, focused on driving engagement and conversion.\nDevelop engaging multimedia content across trading education, market insights, product, brand and trader-focused campaigns.\nCreate and oversee video-led content including promotional videos, interviews, tutorials and talking-head formats.\nAdapt and localise creative across regions and languages while maintaining brand consistency.\nAI & Creative Production\nUse AI creative tools across ideation, design, image generation, video production and content development.\nUse AI and automation to improve production efficiency and scale creative output without compromising quality.\nSupport AI-enabled creative workflows, including agents, integrations and automations where relevant.\nCollaboration & Delivery\nWork closely with Performance Marketing, Social Media, Content, CRM, Affiliates and wider Marketing teams to deliver creative against campaign and business requirements.\nManage multiple creative briefs and priorities within a fast-paced marketing environment.\nMaintain strong attention to detail and quality control across all creative deliverables.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline.\n3-5 years of experience in creative roles, with experience leading creative projects and providing direction to other creatives.\nStrong understanding of brand development, visual storytelling and creative strategy.\nStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent industry-standard creative tools.\nExperience developing digital-first creative across paid media, social, web and video.\nExperience using AI creative tools within professional workflows.\nStrong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, storytelling and a broad range of digital work.\nPreferred\nExperience within trading, prop trading, fintech, gaming, betting or another high-growth digital consumer industry.\nExperience developing or configuring AI-enabled creative workflows, including agents, integrations or automations.\nPlease submit a portfolio with your application.
