วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและวางแผนออกแบบระบบปัญญาประดิษฐ์ที่สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้ โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีและวิธีการต่างๆ เช่น Machine Learning , Deep Learning และ Neural Networks - นำเทคโนโลยีและข้อมูลมาสร้างโมเดลที่สามารถเรียนรู้และประมวลผลข้อมูลได้ โดยเลือก Algorithm ที่เหมาะสมกับปัญหาที่ต้องแก้ไข -
