In this role, you will design, build, and deploy scalable solutions that streamline customer service operations, boost agent efficiency, and deliver smooth customer support experiences.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Service Cloud Customization : Design and configure core Service Cloud modules including Case Management, Service Console, Omni-Channel Routing, Knowledge Base, Entitlements, and Milestones.\n\n- Development & Automation : Build scalable automation and custom solutions using Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable), Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.\n\n- Enterprise Integrations : Design and consume REST/SOAP APIs to integrate Service Cloud with ERP systems, telephony platforms, chatbots, middleware, and third-party tools.\n\n- Security & Governance : Configure data security models using OWD, Role Hierarchies, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Field-Level Security (FLS).\n\n- Analytics & Performance : Implement reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking while optimizing application performance and troubleshooting production issues.\n\n- DevOps & Release Management : Manage deployments and version control using Change Sets, SFDX, GitHub/Bitbucket, and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n\n- 6 -
