We're looking for a Senior Digital Analyst to help lead our growing analytics practice. This role is for someone who is equal parts technical expert and trusted advisor: comfortable in GA4, GTM, BigQuery, and Shopify, and just as comfortable telling a CMO what the data means and what to do next.\nYou are curious, decisive, and data-driven. You define what clients should measure and why, diagnose implementation issues, and turn findings into clear, prioritized recommendations. You keep up with where measurement is heading, from server-side tagging and attribution to privacy legislation and AI, and you want to help shape how our analytics offering grows.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead measurement strategy for clients: define KPIs, measurement plans, and how data should inform business decisions.\nLead analytics audits of tracking implementations (GA4, GTM, server-side tagging, Shopify Customer Events, Amplitude, Triple Whale, etc.) and identify gaps in data accuracy, visibility, and compliance.\nOwn implementation specifications, QA, and post-launch monitoring, including data layer design, event modeling, UTM taxonomy, BigQuery integration, and proactive alerting.\nLead client calls and present findings with a clear point of view: what we found, what we recommend, why it matters, and who owns the next step.\nShape CRO and experimentation strategy using analytics, heatmapping, and behavioral data.\nAdvise on attribution and multi-touch journeys, including reconciling platform-reported revenue across channels.\nProvide a strategic POV on consent and privacy compliance, partnering with developers and client legal teams (OneTrust, cookie banners, data retention, state privacy laws).\nPartner with development, design, media, and client services teams, and make ownership clear across TAG, clients, and media partners.\nPartner on large-scale migrations and redesigns, ensuring tracking continuity and analytics parity post-launch.\nHelp build the practice: standardize deliverables and processes, refine our tool stack, use AI to accelerate delivery, and support sales with scoping and pitches.\nYou Might Be a Great Fit If You…\nHave 7+ years of experience in analytics, measurement strategy, or digital strategy, ideally within an agency or consulting environment.\nAre fluent in GA4, Tag Manager (client and server side), and BigQuery, with ecommerce analytics experience.\nLead with the answer: you can explain a complex issue in plain language and make a clear recommendation.\nAre confident leading client and prospect conversations, asking smart questions, and guiding decisions.\nUnderstand consent management platforms and privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, and emerging state laws) in practical detail.\nHave a POV on attribution, off-site customer journeys, and how AI is changing search and shopping behavior.\nLike building repeatable processes and documentation that make a team better.\nAre energized by a small, fast-moving team and a mix of B2B and DTC clients across industries.\nYou've worked in Shopify or Drupal, including headless builds.\nBonus: You've mentored analysts or helped build an analytics service offering.\nBonus: You've developed process to integrate AI into your workflow.\nWhy TAG?\nWe’re a collaborative, nimble team that believes in the power of design, development, and data to build better digital experiences.
