This is a hands-on opportunity to shape a foundational product within a growing organization.\nWhat You'll Do\nProduct Strategy & Roadmap\nOwn the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Third's Creative Engine, aligning priorities with business goals and user needs.\nTranslate creative and business challenges into clear product requirements, technical specifications, and development priorities.\nLead product initiatives from discovery through launch, gathering feedback and continuously improving the platform.\nData & AI Product Development\nPartner with engineering to define data models, integrations, and infrastructure connecting performance creative, TikTok Shop, TikTok LIVE, Meta, and creator data.\nShape AI-powered capabilities that analyze creative performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.\nGuide the development of dashboards, search tools, and integrations that make creative intelligence accessible to internal teams and eventually clients.\nCreative Intelligence & Optimization\nCollaborate with creative strategists to identify the insights that matter most and translate them into measurable, actionable outputs.\nDevelop structured testing frameworks to evaluate creative formats, hooks, messaging, and performance drivers.\nTurn successful creative patterns into reusable content briefs, creative frameworks, and UGC templates.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nServe as the primary connection between creative, performance, talent, and engineering teams.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline creative production workflows through automation and scalable product solutions.\nWhat We're Looking For\n4+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, or a related role bridging creative strategy and technology.\nStrong understanding of performance creative, user-generated content (UGC), and digital advertising.\nExperience translating complex business needs into product requirements, roadmaps, and technical solutions.\nAbility to collaborate with engineers on data architecture, schemas, APIs, and integrations.\nExperience with structured creative testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.\nFamiliarity with AI/LLM tools, AI-assisted development workflows, and emerging technologies.\nStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate independently.\nNice to Have:Experience in ad tech, creator economy, or performance marketing; SQL proficiency; experience launching AI-powered products; familiarity with TikTok and Meta APIs.\nWho You Are\nYou're a strategic thinker who enjoys connecting creativity, data, and technology.\nYou thrive in fast-paced environments where you can take ownership and turn ideas into action.\nYou're naturally curious, collaborative, and excited about the potential of AI to transform creative strategy.\nYou're comfortable navigating ambiguity and building processes and products from the ground up.\nWhy This Role Matters\nThird is building a smarter, more connected approach to performance creative.
