This individual will support a wide range of accounting functions with a focus on tax compliance, helping ensure the integrity of tax returns and compliance with local accounting standards.\nResponsibilities:\nTax Compliance & Filings\nPrepare and submit municipal and governmental tax obligations for the company, such as IGV, withholdings, and the annual tax return declaration.\nEnsure compliance with government tax regulations (SUNAT).\nSupport the preparation of tax audit reviews (including withholding taxes).\nAccounting Support\nBook and record vendor invoices, payments, and journal entries in the accounting system.\nSupport the monthly payroll process, including validating hours, deductions, and statutory contributions (ESSALUD, AFP/ONP, descuentos).\nAssist with account reconciliations and supporting documentation for month-end close.\nPerform the daily reconciliation of the invoice warehouse against accounts payable.\nPerform bank reconciliations (daily); weekly pre-reconciliations must also be performed after each Friday payment run.\nPerform the monthly reconciliation of fixed assets (matching the Office Management inventory report against NetSuite and preparing the corresponding journal entry adjustments).\nManage books and records for property, plant, and equipment processes.\nProvide support to other team members as needed.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.\nLicensed and registered as a Contador Público (CPA/Colegiatura).\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or tax.\nStrong knowledge of Peruvian tax and accounting regulations (required);
