At the time, anti-fraud technology didn't exist, which meant that completing the anti-fraud checks required in these processes was largely manual. These big life moments should be exciting, but instead are often confusing and scary due to the painful process of completing these paper-based checks and the risk of fraud.\nThirdfort helps businesses to facilitate these anti-fraud checks so that individuals know they can transact safely and seamlessly with professionals during these big transactions. Our anti-fraud platform provides a secure way for professionals in regulated sectors like Lawyers, Estate Agents and Accountants to transfer funds and verify sensitive information through app-based document checks, facial recognition and open banking.\nOver 1,500 businesses now trust Thirdfort to verify their clients. We are FCA regulated and have raised over $33m in capital from leading Fintech investors Breega and Element Ventures, as well as the founders of Zoopla, Funding Circle, Comply Advantage, Tessian, Fenergo and Fidel.\nThe mission of the role:\nWe're looking for a Growth Leader to take our tenant referencing product to the next level. This is a broad remit: from creating the GTM strategy to taking the product to market, and growing it, yourself. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Product & Technology Lead to establish a market-leading product. It's a broad and varied role for somebody who is commercial and strategically minded, comfortable operating in a very entrepreneurial setup and getting hands-on.\nFor this role, we'd love this person to be able to join us in our London office a ~3 days per week - being together as a team is valuable for us, especially at this stage of growth.\n\nYou will have success in this role by:\nLead the GTM strategy and execution: Own positioning, messaging, segmentation, and launch plans for products and features.\nUnderstand the market: Conduct research to develop deep empathy for our customers and identify opportunities for differentiation. \nDrive product adoption: Develop full-funnel GTM strategies using paid, owned, and earned channels in collaboration with external channel marketing partners.\nOwn new business and the existing book end-to-end. And then scale commercial operations as the customer base grows. \nInfluence the roadmap: Serve as the voice of the customer in product development by identifying unmet needs and surfacing opportunities for improvement and innovation.\nDriving unit economics and scalability: getting cost per reference down through automation and AI. \nTrack Performance: Define success metrics, monitor performance, and use insights to optimise messaging, campaigns, and channel mix. \nYou may be right for this role if you:\nHard requirements:\nHave ~5-10 years of steep-trajectory experience at a high-growth scaleup, or are an ex-consultant who has since operated.\nHave owned a commercial number end-to-end, both winning new business and retaining and growing a customer base.\nAre a genuinely rounded operator; you’re comfortable selling, running an operation, and turning your hand to marketing.\nYou’re analytical - you’re comfortable getting hands-on with data, running your own analysis, creating reports, and leveraging data to drive data-informed decisions.\nAre entrepreneurial and behave like an owner - you have built something before, you’re comfortable with unit economics, data, and picking up new things.\nNice to haves:\nExposure to proptech, lettings, build to rent, or a related market\nExperience in a regulated and/or fintech environment\nEarly-stage or 0-1 experience building a product, unit or motion from little\nStudies show that women and other less represented groups are less likely to apply for roles unless they meet every requirement.
