So in 2013, Heidi Zak and Ra’el Cohen created Thirdlove-a third, better option designed to help women look and feel their best.\nPrioritizing real-world fit over outdated standards, Thirdlove disrupted the industry by inventing half-cup sizes and the Fitting Room® quiz. The result was a more precise fit that offered comfort without sacrificing style. Building on that approach, Thirdlove is expanding its retail footprint nationwide, creating customer-first stores where personalized fittings, expert support, and a comfortable shopping experience come together.\nHow We Work\nOur culture is collaborative, fast-paced, customer-focused, and welcoming. If that sounds like an environment where you would thrive, we encourage you to apply.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nWe are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our Thirdlove team at our Corte Madera location. As the face of our brand, you will create exceptional shopping experiences, build meaningful customer connections, and contribute directly to the store's success. Support the initiatives of the leadership team to drive sales, client engagement, team engagement, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.\nAdaptability: Remain flexible to support changing store needs, including varied schedules, weekends, holidays, and special events.\nWho You Are and What You Have\nMust be at least 18 years of age\nOne or more years of customer service and/or retail experience; background in similar category preferred\nAbility to use a ladder, lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods of time.\nAbility to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment whilst servicing customers \nStrong communication skills and the ability to lead by example in a client-facing environment\nAbility to create a safe, body-positive, and supportive environment in the fitting rooms while respecting client privacy.\nPassion for Thirdlove’s mission of body positivity, inclusive sizing, and confidence through comfort\nProblem-Solving Skills: Confidence in ability to handle returns, answer complaints, and fix minor floor issues calmly.\nThirdlove Offers You\nCompetitive Salary + Commission\nPaid Time Off\nEmployee Discount\nDiversity\nThirdLove is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at the company.
