You’ll clean to planned schedules and help keep shared spaces clean and presentable.\nYour shift pattern will be 7am to 3pm Monday - Thursday and 7am to 2:30pm on Fridays.\nThirteen Benefits:\nSalary - £26,453 per annum\nAnnual leave - starting at 28 days and rising to 31 days after three years, a day off for your birthday, plus bank holidays.\nPension - up to 17% contributions (flexible contribution rates of up to 7% colleague and up to 10% employer).\nSimply Health - save money on common health expenses and get access to health and wellbeing support services.\nT’dar - our Discount and Reward platform giving you huge savings on everyday brands. \nOpportunities to buy and sell annual leave\nKey Responsibilities:\nComplete cleaning tasks efficiently and to agreed standards across our multiple occupancy buildings across the Tees Valley. \nMaintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and waste management. \nFollow health and safety procedures, including COSHH requirements, lone working practices and the safe use of equipment and chemicals. \nIdentify and report maintenance issues or concerns that may impact customers or building standards. \nContribute to a positive customer experience through professional and respectful interactions.\nAbout You:\nYou’ll take pride in delivering high standards and understand the importance of providing clean, safe and welcoming environments for customers.\nKnowledge of safe working practices and COSHH requirements or is willing to develop this knowledge.\nYou’ll be able to work flexibility on your own and as part of a team.\nComfortable using mobile technology to record jobs or be willing to learn.
