Working alongside a senior analyst and the wider team, you'll build a deep understanding of our clients' data and turn it into clear findings and recommendations. Accuracy is at the heart of this role, so you'll take pride in getting the details right.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nDeliver ad-hoc analysis for clients, identifying trends and detailing key findings.\nBuild visually aesthetic and functional dashboards that answer key client questions.\nCreate predictive models using logistic regression, decision trees and clustering with the support of a senior analyst.\nAnswer client questions with an evidence-based approach.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.\nPeer review colleagues' work before it's delivered to clients.\nHow Success Will Be Measured:\nProjects are completed on time, accurately and to scope.\nAll work is consistent and properly documented, with time and resource tracked accurately.\nCan develop a data-driven hypothesis with recommendations that align with the findings.\nCan take on larger work and responsibility with growing autonomy over time.\nRequirements\n2+ years’ experience as an Analyst or related discipline.\nExperience using SQL and visualisation tools.\nA working knowledge of statistics, correlation and regression.\nA quality-first approach, with strong attention to detail.\nClear, concise written communication.\nConfident verbal communication, able to explain complex analysis to a non-analytical audience.\nCurious, driven, honest and a true team player.\nNICE TO HAVES:\nExperience using Databricks, GCP, GA4, AWS, Azure, SQL Server, Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI and related tools/infrastructure. \nExperience using Python, R, SAS or similar.\nIndustry exposure within Retail, eCommerce, Travel and more. \nHOW YOU’LL WORK:\nRebel Thinking:We don’t accept “good enough”.
