APIs, and system integrations\nUnderstand database designs, async workflows, and deployment pipelines\nCollaborate with senior engineers to learn domain-specific backend requirements\nFirst 60 Days: Execution & Contribution\nDevelop and enhance backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask)\nDesign and implement Python packages and SDKs for internal and external use\nWork with SQL and NoSQL databases to build reliable, data-driven services\nApply OOP principles and design patterns to write clean, maintainable code\nImplement async programming to improve performance and scalability\nCollaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and AI/ML teams\nFirst 180 Days: Ownership & Scale\nTake ownership of critical backend components and APIs\nImprove performance, scalability, and reliability of existing systems\nDesign and maintain RESTful and GraphQL services\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments\nMentor junior developers and influence backend best practices\nContinuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to solve complex problems\n\nWhat You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):\nMust-Have\n3-7 years of experience as a Python Developer\nStrong experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask\nProven experience building backend services, APIs, and integrations\nHands-on experience developing Python packages and SDKs (PyPI, setuptools)\nSolid understanding of OOP principles and software design patterns\nExperience with SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)\nKnowledge of application scaling, concurrency, and async programming\nExperience building RESTful and GraphQL services\nProficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows\nNice-to-Have\nExperience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP\nFamiliarity with Docker and cloud-native architectures\nExposure to Generative AI, AI/ML systems, or MLOps practices\nExperience with testing frameworks and backend quality assurance\nHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines\n\nAdditional Qualifications:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field\nStrong problem-solving and
