We’re bringing a new perspective to the decades-old financial world, and we’re hoping you can help us do that!\nYour Responsibilities:\nRun customer implementations from kickoff to go-live, including requirements gathering, implementation calls, User Acceptance Testing meetings, and bug reporting\n\nOversee customer account management, including formal communications of product updates and roadmaps\n\nTravel to client sites for project kickoffs, training sessions, and other key project activities\n\nLeverage AI tools to streamline and optimize day-to-day responsibilities\n\nAnalyze customer data to ideate and recommend new features and enhancements\n\nMaintain an accurate record of all customer interactions and transactions, reporting and escalating issues as needed\n\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients\n\nNeed-to-Haves:\nStrong understanding of SaaS business models and large-scale software implementation projects\n\nExperience working at a financial institution or fintech company\n\nExcellent communication and negotiation skills\n\nTechnical understanding of fintech products\n\nExperience working with agile engineering and design teams\n\nNice-to-Haves:\nCustomer-facing experience at an early-stage company\n\nPrevious experience in a product or customer-facing role at a fintech or FinServ company\n\nExperience with data analysis tools such as SQL\n\nFamiliarity with project management tools, customer success software and CRM systems\n\nA collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit\n\nAnd finally, a brief overview of Glide’s benefits package:\nCompetitive Compensation:\nAs this role can be eligible for remote employees, the base salary range is $140,000 - $155,000. This will be determined by previous experience and location.
