We are thrilled to expand our exceptionally innovative and highly distinguished programs that redefine our industry and raise the standard for comprehensive care. \nLaunching in early 2027, our newest location in Falls Church, VA, will be home to top local talent in behavioral health care. This interdisciplinary team of trailblazers will build our adolescent and adult programs from the ground up alongside the leadership of well-established clinicians and doctors working in PHP/IOP behavioral health care for the past decade. \nAs we prepare to open our Falls Church facility, we’re looking for a welcoming, organized Patient Care Coordinator who will help patients and families feel comfortable, supported, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. If you enjoy creating a positive first impression and bringing warmth and compassion to every interaction, you’d be a great addition to our team.\nSchedule: onsite, Monday - Friday from 8am-4pm EST\nPlease note that this role is set to start in mid January and will consist of 5 weeks of training prior to launching for patients, and will be 100% onsite at our Falls Church location.\nWhat You'll Do: \nGreets and orients all patients, visitors, and staff who enter the building. \nAnswers incoming calls in a warm and welcoming manner. \nMaintains neat and orderly reception area. \nMaintains awareness of patients, visitors, and staff who are in the building. \nCompletes intake calls and schedules intake appointments. \nReaches out to families to schedule family therapy appointments and outpatient psychiatrist appointments.\nProvides intake to new clients, verifying the accuracy of demographics, insurance, completion of forms and organizational data to be entered in the chart in a timely manner. \nMaintains patient charts according to confidentiality standards and policy. Maintains all patient’s, visitor’s, and staff’s confidentiality according to HIPAA requirements and Compass policy. \nUtilizes Electronic Medical Record system as needed to verify patient appointments and to schedule appointments for clinicians and/or outpatient psychiatrists with patients. \nObtains payment methods for program or outpatient appointments. Collects payments and issue receipts for outpatient psychiatry and/or therapist appointments rendered. \nOpens and closes facility in a timely manner in accordance to procedure. \nPerforms clerical duties to ensure efficient operations of the center to include computers, office equipment, copiers, fax, scanner, postage equipment. \nPerforms other related duties as assigned. \n Who you are: \nBilingual in Spanish preferred \nHigh school diploma required; Associates degree preferred \n1-2 years of customer service experience \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills \nStrong organization and planning skills; detail oriented \nAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment \nComputer proficiency and ability to learn new software \nConflict resolution and problem-solving skills \nFlexible Schedule - Able to work assigned schedule \nWe are committed to a fair and equitable work environment.
