Provides technical expertise and organizational leadership in areas(s) of specialization in order to meet business needs in compliance with strategic priorities.\nJob Duties\nIdentifies complex business problems, environments, objectives, and aligns with organizational strategies.\nEstablishes project goals and develops plans to meet those goals. \nMaintains project timeframes, budgeting estimates and expected status reports. \nManages specifications, designs, constructions and updates of efficient project workplans for projects of small to medium complexities. \nUses project management methodologies to track project performance, schedule adherence and perform risk assessments. \nCoordinates project team members and develops schedules and assigns individual responsibilities. \nImplements strategies that deliver projects on time and within budget.\nOrganizes meetings to discuss project goals, daily tasks assigned to technology teams and progress to minimize scope deviation\nMonitors the development and testing of disaster recovery procedures.\nCoordinates project go-live logistics.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree information Sciences and Technology or Information Management or related fields or \nHigh School Diploma/GED and 7 years preferred work experience. \n5 years Progressive experience in information technology, healthcare or business project management related fields. \nAttention to detail and ability to analyze and solve problems and interpret data. \nAbility to work well under pressure, in a team environment and to be self-motivated and self disciplined. \nKnowledge of processes of assigned area(s), applications, and technologies. \nEffectively deal with multiple and changing priorities. \nAbility to complete projects on time and on budget with minimal supervision and/or direction. \nStrong research and strategic analysis skills. \nKnowledge of various project management techniques to keep teams aligned and focused on milestone level task reporting. \nMicrosoft Office proficiency. \nPhysical Demands\nLift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.\nJob Description Disclaimer: This position description provides the major duties/responsibilities, requirements and working conditions for the position.
