Advises on scope changes, quality assurance, and other technical aspects of the project, requiring foundational knowledge in the specific area.\nJob Duties\nAssists leaders and sponsors in development of requirements and build path toward strategic goals. \n Develops project plans including tasks, resources and timeline; identifies, documents and manages project risks and project change requests.\nIndependently leads and facilitates assigned projects in collaboration with team members, stakeholders and leadership, engaging other bsuiness and stakeholder groups as necessary. \nConducts written and oral project updates for senior management and other leaders. \nFocuses on team's performance, ensuring accountability and engagement to deliver project outcomes.\nEducates project management principles to key stakeholders and peers.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree with concentration in project management, business management, healthcare administration, public health, social services or relevant field. \n3 years related work experience. \nAbility to work under pressure and meet close deadlines. \nAbility to identify business development opportunities. \nInterpersonal skills to manage large, complex projects working effectively with internal and external executive personnel to accomplish organizational goals. \nAbility to maintain appropriate confidentiality in working with stakeholders. \nStrong research and strategic analysis skills. \nKnowledge of various project management techniques to keep teams aligned and focused on milestone level task reporting. \nStrong emotional intelligence and adept at relationship building. \nMicrosoft Office proficiency. \nPreferred Qualifications\n5 years related work experience. \nKnowledge of healthcare work processes. \nAdditional Qualifications\nPhysical Demands\nLift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.\nJob Description Disclaimer: This position description provides the major duties/responsibilities, requirements and working conditions for the position.
