The role requires proven experience in managing QA projects and driving end-to-end QA delivery.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and manage end-to-end QA projects from planning through release and closure.\nDefine and execute QA project plans, schedules, milestones and delivery timelines.\nManage QA resources, allocation, utilization and project priorities.\nPrepare project estimates, effort plans and resource requirements.\nLead QA teams across multiple projects/workstreams.\nMonitor project progress, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues.\nDrive SIT, UAT, regression, integration, system and release testing activities.\nCoordinate with Development, Business Analysis, Product, Business and other cross-functional teams.\nManage client and stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates.\nOwn RAID management, risk mitigation and issue resolution.\nTrack testing metrics, quality KPIs and project performance.\nManage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.\nCoordinate with vendors and third-party teams where required.\nEnsure QA deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.\nSupport release planning, production readiness, go-live and post-release activities.\nIdentify process improvements and drive QA best practices across projects.\nProvide leadership, mentoring and direction to QA team members.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n10–18 years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in QA/Software Testing.\nProven experience in QA Project Management / Project Management within the QA domain.\nStrong understanding of STLC, SDLC, Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.\nExperience managing QA teams and multiple workstreams.\nStrong experience in project planning, estimation, scheduling and resource management.\nExperience in stakeholder/client management.\nStrong experience in risk, issue, dependency and escalation management.\nExperience managing SIT, UAT, regression, integration and release activities.\nStrong reporting and project governance experience.\nExperience with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, TestRail or similar.\nStrong communication, leadership and decision-making skills.\nPreferred\nExperience managing enterprise QA projects.\nExperience working with distributed/onshore-offshore teams.\nExperience across banking, insurance, payments, retail, logistics or other enterprise domains.\nQA/Test management certifications such as ISTQB, CSM, PMP or equivalent are an advantage.\n\nSkills\nProject Management, Software
