The primary responsibilities include managing customer case workloads and regularly reporting critical cases to team leads and upper management.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide technical expertise to field teams for problem determination and isolation, and develop action plans to resolve client issues.\nAct as a technical interface between Level 1 Support and LXCA Development teams (Level 3 Development and LXCA Software Development).\nDevelop and contribute to internal and external knowledge base articles.\nSupport the product lifecycle from pre-product introduction to end-of-life, participating in pre-product activities and taking technical positions for defect deferrals when necessary.\nCollaborate with Software Development during the design phase to ensure product support, quality control, and client care are incorporated.\nInterface with client teams and customers to explain technical solutions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.\nParticipate in regular case review meetings to discuss ongoing issues and solutions.\nWork collaboratively with virtual teams and management to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.\nMandatory Skills:\nStrong software skills in Unix Shell Scripts, Database Administration -
