This role is responsible for managing rent collections, maintaining accurate resident financial records, supporting leasing performance, and ensuring operational processes are executed efficiently.\nYou will serve as a key operational resource on-site, helping to maintain consistency, support team effectiveness, and contribute to overall community performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport leasing performance by assisting with follow-up, application processing, and renewal coordination\nMonitor leasing activity, traffic, and conversion trends, providing insights to support occupancy goals\nOversee rent collections and delinquency management in accordance with company policies and legal requirements\nMaintain accurate resident ledgers, including posting payments, adjustments, and account activity\nPrepare and process daily deposits while ensuring compliance with company accounting procedures\nAssist with financial reporting, documentation, and coordination with internal teams\nCoordinate move-ins, move-outs, and associated inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance\nProvide operational support to leasing team members and assist during high traffic periods as needed\nSupport resident communication and assist in resolving escalated concerns\nOrganize and coordinate resident engagement activities to support retention and satisfaction\nMonitor service requests and ensure timely follow-up with maintenance teams\nMaintain community standards for cleanliness, organization, and presentation\nProvide support for essential operations in the absence of the Community Manager, as needed\nOur Ideal Candidate for this Role\nEducation\nHigh school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered; some college preferred\nExperience & Requirements\nMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience\nAt least 1 year of experience in an on-site leasing role preferred\nExperience in property management, business operations, or Class A / luxury communities preferred\nFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and assist with after-hours emergencies as needed\nA valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required for this role for purpose of routine outreach marketing and shopping comps\nMust be able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including frequent lifting of 10 to 25 pounds and occasional lifting up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation\nExperience with transparent, upfront pricing of rent and required fees to ensure total cost clarity is a plus.
