Working closely with project leadership, you’ll help ensure construction activities stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality and safety standards. \nThis is a highly visible, hands-on role offering exposure to all phases of the construction process. If you enjoy being in the field, collaborating with trade partners, and solving problems in real time, this role provides an excellent foundation for a long-term career in construction management. \nKey Responsibilities \nSupport project teams with site safety, scheduling, cost tracking, quality control, and punch list completion \nComplete, update, and properly file quality control documentation \nAssist with coordination of material deliveries and logistics \nHelp manage assigned trades or scopes of work from start through final punch \nProvide day-to-day coordination and oversight of subcontractors and trade partners \nAssist with punch list execution as directed by site management \nTrack and report daily subcontractor headcount by trade \nPromote job site safety, cleanliness, and organization \nDocument construction progress through daily and weekly site photos \nAssist the project team as needed to support successful project execution \nOur Ideal Candidate \nEducation & Experience \nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) \nMinimum of 1 year of construction experience; relevant internships or hands-on experience may be considered \nTechnical & Job Knowledge \nBasic understanding of construction terminology, drawings, and field processes \nExposure to construction scheduling, cost tracking, and job site safety \nProficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or similar construction software is a plus \nSkills & Attributes \nStrong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset \nSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced construction environment \nReceptive to feedback and able to follow direction to ensure successful task completion \nRequired Certifications \n(Must be obtained within 90 days of hire) \nFirst Aid / CPR \nOSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety & Health Training \nWork Environment & Physical Demands \nThis position requires regular presence on active construction sites, including the ability to walk uneven terrain and lift up to 25 lbs. Work may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions, power tools, loud environments, and moving equipment.
