Job Description #2 Operator in Press - 1st shift We are hiring a Press Operator for our printing plant team in Eagan, Minnesota. As a #2 Press Operator, you will be responsible for working as a Mid-Level Operator on our Core Print Solutions team. You will be operating state of the art offset and digital web presses. For this role, you would also be eligible for a $2,500 signing bonus upon being in the role for 90 days. Hours of Work - Eagan, Minnesota 1st shift - 6:30 am - 2:30 pm Occasional overtime up to 4 hours per day and occasional weekend shifts Key Responsibilities: In this opportunity as a #2 Operator in Press, you will: Reviewing job specifications for material and set-up requirements Performing or delegating set-up tasks Monitoring the equipment and product through the job run to ensure a high-quality product Performing moderately complex trouble-shooting related to product or equipment Communicating effectively during shift and at shift hand-off Evaluating mechanical condition of equipment, completing preventive maintenance; involving Maintenance as needed Using computer-based workflow applications to manage files Accurately documenting activities on Tier Boards and in r
