\#3 Bindery Operator, 1st Shift Job Description We are hiring a #3 Bindery Operator for our printing plant team in Eagan, Minnesota. In this role, you will perform set-up tasks, monitor equipment, and troubleshoot on our Core Publishing Solutions team. Location: Eagan, Minnesota Schedule: 1st shift, 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with occasional overtime of up to 4 hours per day and occasional weekend shifts Compensation: $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days in the role Key Responsibilities Review job specifications for material and set-up requirements Perform set-up tasks Monitor equipment and product quality, and obtain maintenance support as needed Perform simple to moderately complex troubleshooting related to product or equipment Communicate effectively during the shift and at shift hand-off Evaluate the mechanical condition of equipment and complete preventative maintenance Use computer-based workflow applications to manage files, as needed Document activities accurately on Tier Boards and in relevant systems (MII, SAP), including material usage and equipment issues Perform feeding, catching off, stacking, bundling, or physical inventory cycle count activities, as needed Actively participa
