Step into the world of global technology support as an Application Analyst and help power the platforms that professionals trust every day.\nThe Application Analyst provides responsive, customer-focused operational support for assigned application systems. In this role, you will help reduce customer impact from application issues, investigate root causes, implement documented resolutions and workarounds, and partner with technical teams to keep critical platforms running reliably.\nHybrid Working Model: 2-3 days per week in the office.\nExperience Required: 0-3 years of relevant work experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze and resolve low-complexity customer application issues using documented solutions, troubleshooting steps, and established support processes.\nAssess the scope and customer impact of application issues and execute workarounds to restore service as quickly as possible.\nEscalate issues appropriately and engage technical teams or subject matter experts when additional support is needed.\nProvide guidance and training to users on application functionality, correct operation, constraints, and common user-related issues.\nProactively monitor production and non-production environments and applications to identify potential issues.\nConduct low-complexity root cause analysis and correlate application issues with related system or environment problems.\nSupport smaller projects or issues that require a focused area of technical expertise.\nParticipate in project planning sessions and contribute to status updates for customer issues, projects, and operational activities.\nManage multiple and sometimes competing priorities with guidance while following defined standards and procedures.\nCommunicate regularly with team members, share knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative support environment.\nDepending on business needs, this role may also include making general or site-specific modifications, updating system documentation, manipulating data, defining enhancements, and providing input for technical plans and solutions.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, or equivalent practical experience.\nExperience in application, technical, or customer support with a strong focus on delivering excellent service.\nProficiency in SQL and a foundational understanding of database administration concepts.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\nA customer-first mindset and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.\nAbility to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAwareness of programming concepts, database usage, and Internet-based applications.\nAbility to multitask, prioritize work, and remain effective in a fast-paced support environment.\nFamiliarity with web-based software platforms, SQL and database tools, Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel), and application monitoring or ticketing tools.\nPreferred Qualifications\nRelevant technical certifications (not required but a plus).\nExperience identifying recurring issues and contributing to knowledge base improvements.\nDemonstrated ability to respond quickly and professionally to application issues while keeping customers and stakeholders informed.\nTrack record of following documented support processes, escalating appropriately, and contributing to reliable issue resolution.\nWhat’s in it For You?\nHybrid Work Model: We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working environment for our office-based roles while delivering a seamless experience that is digitally and physically connected.\nFlexibility & Work-Life Balance: Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset.
