Working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and senior engineers, you will design, develop, test, and support ABAP-based solutions across SAP ECC and S/4HANA platforms. This role provides an opportunity to strengthen technical expertise in SAP development, gain exposure to modern technologies such as SAP Fiori and OData services, and contribute to delivering scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and customize ABAP-based solutions including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows (RICEFW), and integrations.\nPerform ABAP development, testing, debugging, and performance tuning across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.\nCollaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nDevelop and optimize SAP applications using ABAP Objects, HANA SQL, SAP Fiori, and OData technologies.\nParticipate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, development artifacts, and system configurations.\nSupport troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of production issues.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adopt emerging technologies and tools.\nRequired Qualifications\n2-4 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.\nHands-on experience with ABAP programming, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.\nStrong knowledge of ABAP Objects and core SAP development concepts.\nExperience working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.\nKnowledge of SAP Fiori development, OData services, and HANA SQL programming.\nUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.\nShift Time 12.00 PM - 9.00 PM OR 1.00 PM - 10.00 PM\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.\nKnowledge of ABAP RICEFW objects and ABAP Data Migration processes.\nExposure to microservices architecture, APIs, and integration technologies.\nFamiliarity with observability, monitoring, and debugging tools.\nAwareness of AI-enabled development tools and modern software engineering practices.\nSAP certification in ABAP or S/4HANA technologies is a plus.\n#LI-SM1\nWhat’s in it For You?\nHybrid Work Model: We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working environment for our office-based roles while delivering a seamless experience that is digitally and physically connected.\nFlexibility & Work-Life Balance: Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset.
