Working closely with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional partners, you will help deliver intellectually rigorous events while driving strong commercial outcomes.\nThis is an opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility within a fast-growing, collaborative, and diverse team, while contributing to conversations that shape industries and the communities they serve.\nKey Responsibilities\nIn this opportunity as an Event Producer, you will:\nProduce World-Class Events: Develop and deliver compelling event experiences that address the most important challenges and opportunities within critical industries.\nBuild Industry Relationships: Establish strong relationships with senior decision-makers, industry leaders, and influential figures to secure high-level speakers and VIP attendees.\nDevelop Engaging Content: Translate complex industry topics into relevant, insightful, and commercially compelling event programs.\nManage Event Portfolios: Oversee multiple events throughout the year, ensuring priorities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed.\nLead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to align execution and deliver successful events.\nDrive Commercial Outcomes: Partner with sales and marketing colleagues to support audience growth, customer engagement, and the commercial success of each event.\nMaintain High Standards: Ensure every event reflects the intellectual excellence, quality, and professionalism associated with Reuters Events.\nRequired Qualifications\nYou’re a fit for the role of Event Producer if you have the following required qualifications:\nA university degree in any discipline.\nPrevious experience supporting, coordinating, or producing events.\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder groups simultaneously.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively in person, by email, and over the phone.\nStrong relationship-building skills and the confidence to communicate with colleagues, clients, senior executives, speakers, and other key stakeholders.\nHigh attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering work to a high standard.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment.\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team while taking ownership of individual responsibilities and outcomes.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience producing conferences, executive-level events, or content-led business events.\nExperience engaging with senior executives, industry leaders, speakers, or VIP stakeholders.\nExposure to industries such as sustainable business, pharmaceuticals, energy, or artificial intelligence.\nExperience partnering with sales and marketing teams to support commercial goals.\nDemonstrated interest in global business, emerging industry trends, and the issues influencing senior-level decision-makers.\nWhat’s in it For You?\nHybrid Work Model: We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working environment for our office-based roles while delivering a seamless experience that is digitally and physically connected.\nFlexibility & Work-Life Balance: Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset.
