The primary responsibility is to act as an application and solution specialist for the ONESOURCE Pagero platform. In this position, you will work both independently and collaboratively, as you will often manage several projects in parallel.\nAbout the Role\nIn this opportunity as an Implementation Consultant, you will:\nBring 5-8 years of experience in IT integrations and configuration, preferably within e-invoicing.\n\nDemonstrate an understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle and e-invoicing compliance regulations across the EU and APAC regions.\n\nDeliver end-user and super-user training, and make decisions related to configuration and troubleshooting.\n\nAct as a specialist in large, cross-functional implementation projects and partner-led projects.\n\nContribute to project planning and timeline management.\n\nResolve customer support issues effectively.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Support, as well as partner organizations.\n\nSupport pre-sales activities, such as software demonstrations and scoping for prospective clients.\n\nCustomize and configure applications according to agreed specifications.\n\nDesign, develop, and document project deliverables in line with agreed timelines and budgets.\n\nParticipate in application configuration, implementation, and testing.\n\nAbout You\nYou're a strong fit for the role of Implementation Consultant if your background includes:\nExperience acting as an implementation and solution consultant in large, cross-functional implementation or partner projects.\n\nContributing to project management activities, including creating and updating project plans and timelines.\n\nResolving customer support issues in a timely and effective manner.\n\nWorking closely with key business teams, such as Product, Sales, Support, and partner organizations.\n\nAssisting with pre-sales activities, including software demonstrations and prospect scoping.\n\nCollaborating with Product Management and Engineering within Thomson Reuters to deliver end-to-end solutions.\n\nCustomizing and configuring applications to agreed specifications.\n\nDesigning, developing, and documenting project deliverables according to agreed customer timelines and budgets.\n\nHands-on involvement in application configuration, implementation, and testing.\n\nWhat’s in it For You?\nHybrid Work Model: We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working environment (2-3 days a week in the office depending on the role) for our office-based roles while delivering a seamless experience that is digitally and physically connected.\n\nFlexibility & Work-Life Balance: Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset.
