This role partners closely with business stakeholders, Category Leads, Finance, Legal, and Information Security teams to develop sourcing strategies, negotiate complex supplier agreements, optimize spend, and deliver sustainable business value. The position plays a key role in driving procurement excellence, operational efficiency, supplier performance, and compliance across global procurement operations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end sourcing activities, including requirements gathering, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution.\nDevelop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing competitive RFx processes, eRFx tools, and e-Auctions.\nAnalyze spend data, contracts, budgets, and market trends to identify cost-saving and value-creation opportunities.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders and Category Leads to understand procurement requirements and develop sourcing pipelines.\nCreate and implement category strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities.\nNegotiate complex supplier agreements and manage contract execution across multiple geographies.\nDrive supplier performance management and procurement compliance initiatives.\nSupport procurement systems and operational strategies to improve efficiency and business outcomes.\nPartner with Finance, Legal, and Information Security teams on contract drafting, risk mitigation, and negotiations.\nResolve complex procurement issues and provide strategic guidance to stakeholders.\nDevelop sourcing collateral, including business cases, contract summaries, and RFx documentation.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree.\nFluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.\n5+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Operations, or Program Management.\nStrong experience managing end-to-end sourcing engagements and supplier negotiations.\nExpertise in IT Procurement and technology-related spend categories.\nExperience negotiating and managing contracts valued at $1M+ across multiple geographies.\nStrong understanding of sourcing methodologies, procurement processes, and contract management.\nAbility to analyze spend patterns, contracts, supplier performance, and market trends to drive sourcing strategies.\nExcellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nExperience with Source-to-Pay platforms such as Ariba and/or Fieldglass.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience developing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Total Value Optimization (TVO) models.\nKnowledge of procurement regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.\nAdvanced sourcing strategy, deal architecture, and negotiation expertise.\nExperience working within global or multi-regional procurement organizations.\nAbility to assess sourcing marketplace trends and incorporate market intelligence into procurement strategies.\nExperience influencing senior business leaders and managing executive stakeholder relationships.\nProven track record of driving procurement transformation, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.\nWhat’s in it For You?\nHybrid Work Model: We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working environment (2-3 days a week in the office depending on the role) for our office-based roles while delivering a seamless experience that is digitally and physically connected.\n\nFlexibility & Work-Life Balance: Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset.
