Thomson Reuters is a Canadian information company created in 2008 when the Thomson Corporation acquired the British news and data group Reuters, and it now sells research, workflow software and analytics rather than raw information. Its largest businesses serve law firms and corporate counsel through Westlaw and Practical Law, tax and accounting professionals through Checkpoint and ONESOURCE, and corporate risk and compliance teams through screening and investigation products, alongside the Reuters news agency. Headquartered in Toronto and listed in Toronto and New York, it has invested heavily in generative assistants embedded directly in those professional workflows.

  • Forge strategic partnerships with and collaborate with subject matter experts, Curriculum Designers, project leads, and key stakeholders to assess training content needs, develop, and deliver high-quality training and certification programs
  • Proactively use Thomson Reuters gen-AI tools to support instructional design, content development, and iteration of learning assets while applying sound judgment, quality standards, and appropriate oversight
  • Record time and engagement details to support utilization reporting
  • Support training operations to upload training content into LMS and other operational tasks as needed
