In this role, you will guide and develop employees, drive operational excellence, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. You will also partner with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies, equipment, and processes.\nHours of Work - Eagan, Minnesota\n3rd Shift 10:30p - 6:30a\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Operations\nDirect daily work activities to achieve departmental production targets.\nIdentify and resolve complex technical issues.\nLead and participate in continuous improvement and lean initiatives.\nIdentify process waste and implement lean principles to minimize or eliminate it.\nExecute leader standard work, including daily gemba walks, tier-board facilitation, and continuous improvement meetings.\nCollaborate across departments to introduce new technology, equipment, and operational processes.\nPeople Leadership\nSupervise a team, providing work direction, coaching, and consistent communication.\nSupport skills development through training and involvement in process improvement activities.\nConduct performance evaluations and provide input on compensation decisions.\nMake recommendations related to hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations.\nSafety\nModel and reinforce a strong safety culture.\nConduct safety audits and incident investigations, recommending improvements as needed.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and 3-5 years of related manufacturing experience including supervisory responsibilities.\nProven supervisory skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nDemonstrated project management capabilities.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems and SAP preferred.\nExperience with lean manufacturing techniques or fulfillment operations preferred.\nPreferred Qualifications\nYou are a motivated leader with a passion for building strong teams and driving operational excellence. \nYou thrive in a fast-paced production environment and bring a continuous-improvement mindset to everything you do. \nYou’re able to communicate clearly, solve complex problems, and lead by example in both performance and safety.\nWhat’s in it For You?\nCompensation: 2nd shift differential of $4.00 per hour, 3rd shift differential of $5.00 per hour, and a bonus plan.\n\nFlexibility & Work-Life Balance: Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset. The base compensation range varies across locations.\n\nFor any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $74,200 USD - $137,800 USD.\n\nBase pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
