This role requires a collaborative, results-oriented professional who can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure successful project delivery.\nThe Project Manager will plan, execute, monitor, and deliver technology and software projects of varying complexity. Working closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, product owners, architects, QA teams, and vendors, the successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.\nManage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.\nEnsure successful delivery of technology projects throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).\nPartner with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities, objectives, and expected outcomes.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Architecture, QA, Business Teams, and external vendors.\nFacilitate effective communication between project teams and leadership.\nSupport and promote Agile delivery methodologies and best practices.\nFacilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and project governance activities.\nHelp teams remove blockers and drive continuous delivery of business value.\nIdentify, assess, monitor, and mitigate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.\nProactively resolve challenges that may impact project delivery.\nMaintain project documentation, governance processes, RAID logs, and change management controls.\nDeliver regular project status reports, milestone tracking, executive dashboards, and leadership updates.\nEnsure compliance with project management standards and reporting requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and team collaboration.\nDrive operational efficiencies and promote best practices across project teams.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.\n6-10 years of project management experience delivering technology or software projects.\nExperience managing projects across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).\nProven experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risks.\nStrong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams across technology and business functions.\nHands-on experience creating and maintaining: Project Plans RAID Logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) Status Reports Governance Documentation\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExperience presenting project updates and recommendations to senior leadership.\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent problem-solving, organizational, planning, and decision-making skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery environments.\nProject Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Scrum Master certification.\nExperience managing enterprise-scale technology transformation initiatives.\nExposure to commercial engineering, software product development, or enterprise technology platforms.\nExperience working with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, or similar platforms.\nStrong analytical and reporting skills with experience developing executive dashboards and project metrics.\nDemonstrated commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.\nExperience working in global, geographically distributed team\nWhat’s in it For You?\nHybrid Work Model: We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working environment (2-3 days a week in the office depending on the role) for our office-based roles while delivering a seamless experience that is digitally and physically connected.\n\nFlexibility & Work-Life Balance: Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset.
