Operating at the intersection of technology strategy and operational delivery, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization, driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception through to completion.\nKey Responsibilities:\nIn this opportunity as a Senior Project Manager, you will:\nLead strategic programs and projects of significant complexity, risk, and visibility from initiation through execution, exercising a high degree of autonomy to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide goals and measurable outcomes. \nTranslate business strategy into actionable project plans, owning scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and benefits realization across multiple concurrent projects or a program. \nApply and help evolve governance structures, operating rhythms, PMO standards, tooling, and methodologies, including AI-enabled approaches, to ensure consistency, rigour, and continuous improvement across the portfolio. \nProactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact delivery, providing specialist advice to middle and senior management to resolve complex, high-visibility issues. \nDrive cross-functional collaboration across a wide range of business functions, negotiating and engaging senior stakeholders to secure alignment on complex, sometimes competing priorities. \nServe as the primary point of contact for senior and executive stakeholders on your projects, translating complex project detail into clear, executive-ready updates, and applying AI tools to strengthen reporting, analysis, and stakeholder communications. \nAct as a recognized subject matter expert, mentoring and guiding other project managers, and staying current with industry trends and evolving PM/PMO practices. \nRequired Qualifications:\nYou’re a fit for the role of Senior Project Manager if you have the following required qualifications:\n10+ years of progressive project/program management experience, with demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional programs (10+ FTEs, 6+ months, moderate to high risk) in a matrixed, complex organization. \nDirect experience owning budget, scope, and resourcing decisions across multiple concurrent projects or a program. \nProven experience negotiating and engaging directly with senior and executive stakeholders. \nDeep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and the judgment to adapt them to complex, ambiguous situations. \nA bachelor's degree in business, technology, or equivalent experience. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nPMP, PgMP, or equivalent program/project management certification. \nExperience with software development life cycles and technology-enabled process design. \nTechnical fluency across modern enterprise systems and architectures (e.g., cloud, APIs, data integration), with the ability to engage credibly with engineering and architecture teams on technical trade-offs. \nStrong strategic acumen, with the ability to translate ambiguous, complex problems into clear, executive-ready recommendations. \nExperience operating within a global, matrixed technology organization. \nNew Position: This position is open due to an existing vacancy to support our evolving business needs.\nWhat’s in it For You?\nHybrid Work Model: We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working environment for our office-based roles while delivering a seamless experience that is digitally and physically connected.\nFlexibility & Work-Life Balance: Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset. The base compensation range varies across locations.\n\nFor Ontario, Canada, the base compensation range for this role is $108,000 CAD - $158,000 CAD.\n\nBase pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
