About the Role - Senior Site Reliability Engineer I

• As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE-I), you will ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of cloud-based applications and infrastructure hosted on AWS and Azure.
• You will manage production environments, drive automation, handle incidents, perform root cause analysis, and improve operational efficiency through monitoring and reliability engineering practices.
• Shift Timings: Rotational Shift - 7.00 AM- 2.00 PM OR 2.00 PM - 11.00 PM

About You :

• You have strong experience in AWS and Azure, Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation/Bicep), scripting with Python or PowerShell, and CI/CD using GitHub Actions; AI skills are mandatory.
• You are skilled in Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis, Monitoring (Datadog, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor), and automation. Exposure to Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), AI/LLM concepts, Prompt Engineering, and MCP is a plus. You are a proactive problem solver with a strong focus on reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
