We support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of products serving tax, accounting, audit, and practice management professionals, enabling scalable technology solutions across the Thomson Reuters portfolio.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the technical execution of AI initiatives, including architecture design, roadmap alignment, and delivery oversight.\n\nDesign, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions leveraging modern AI technologies, MLOps, and LLMOps best practices.\n\nOptimize AI model performance through advanced techniques, including domain adaptation of third-party models and algorithms.\n\nBuild and enhance AI-powered applications, including AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.\n\nDesign and implement monitoring frameworks to track application performance, user behavior, and product insights.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.\n\nStay current with emerging AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies and drive adoption of relevant innovations.\n\nAct as a technical thought leader by contributing to architecture discussions, sharing AI expertise, and influencing engineering direction.\n\nSupport continuous improvement of development, deployment, and operational processes for AI systems.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.\n\n5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.\n\n3+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and AI solution development.\n\nStrong experience in Python, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, FastAPI, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch, with hands-on expertise in developing AI/ML solutions across Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)/Document Analysis systems.\nExperience building AI Agents and AI-powered applications.\nKnowledge of MLOps tools, frameworks, and deployment workflows.\n\nExperience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.\n\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.\n\nExperience working in Agile development environments.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExposure to or hands-on experience with .NET and C# technologies.\n\nExperience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.\n\nFamiliarity with LLMOps practices and AI model lifecycle management.\n\nExperience deploying AI solutions in enterprise-scale cloud environments.\n\nKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for AI/ML applications.\n\nExperience working with products in the Tax, Accounting, Legal, or Financial domains.\n\nAbility to mentor engineers and drive technical excellence across teams.\n\nWhat’s in it For You?\nHybrid Work Model: We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working environment for our office-based roles while delivering a seamless experience that is digitally and physically connected.\nFlexibility & Work-Life Balance: Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset.
