Our work spans CoCounsel agentic evaluations-a trusted, versioned source of proprietary evaluation data and a distributed platform for measuring agent builds at scale using LLM judges-and the Enterprise AI Platform, the shared foundation for building with LLMs across the company, including governed model access, prompt and workflow tooling, retrieval, evaluation, and security.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain robust back-end services and APIs using Python.\nArchitect and implement scalable solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure.\nDeploy and manage containerized applications.\nEnsure system reliability, security, and performance through best practices.\nCollaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software.\nParticipate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical standards.\nStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.\nRequired Qualifications\n Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).\nStrong proficiency in Python and related frameworks.\nHands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).\nSolid knowledge of container orchestration (ECS/EKS) with experience running workloads on AWS Fargate.\nProficient with relational databases (eg.
