Working in an agile environment, you will collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions across ECC and S/4HANA platforms. This role requires strong ABAP development expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle while leveraging modern SAP technologies such as SAP Fiori, OData, and HANA.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and customize ABAP-based solutions including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).\nPerform ABAP development, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.\nCollaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nDevelop and maintain SAP Fiori applications, OData services, and HANA-based developments.\nFollow coding standards, development best practices, and system performance guidelines.\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and configuration details.\nSupport implementation, enhancement, migration, and production support activities.\nWork with APIs, integrations, and emerging technologies to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n4-6 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.\nHands-on experience with ABAP programming, debugging, testing, and performance tuning.\nStrong expertise in ABAP Objects and SAP development tools.\nExperience working on SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA platforms.\nHands-on development experience with SAP Fiori, OData Services, and HANA SQL Programming.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience managing multiple priorities and meeting project deadlines.\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.\nExperience with ABAP RICEFW objects and ABAP Data Migration.\nExposure to API integrations, CI/CD practices, and modern software engineering methodologies.\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.\nKnowledge of infrastructure automation, containerization, or cloud-based SAP environments is an advantage.\nSAP ABAP or SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.\nExperience mentoring junior developers or providing technical guidance within project teams\nWhat’s in it For You?\nHybrid Work Model: We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working environment for our office-based roles while delivering a seamless experience that is digitally and physically connected.\nFlexibility & Work-Life Balance: Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset.
