This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage and track backorder requests from receipt through resolution.\nCoordinate with production, planning, purchasing, shipping, and customer service teams to provide accurate order status updates.\nPrepare, maintain, and distribute operational reports as requested by management.\nRespond promptly and professionally to a high volume of emails from sales representatives, vendors, and internal team members.\nServe as a primary point of contact for requests and inquiries from the sales team.\nResearch and resolve issues related to orders, inventory, backorders, and shipments.\nMonitor open orders and communicate delays, changes, and expected delivery dates.\nAssist with data entry, order maintenance, and record accuracy within company systems.\nGenerate reports and review data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to support customer expectations and operational needs.\nMaintain organized electronic and paper records related to orders, communications, and reporting.\nSupport operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.\nAssist with meeting preparation, document creation, and follow-up activities as needed.\nHandle confidential information appropriately.\nPerform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Director of Operations.\nQualifications:\nPrevious experience in operations support, order management, administrative support, or a manufacturing environment is preferred.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExcellent organizational and time management abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities with minimal supervision.\nStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.\nExperience with ERP, MRP, or inventory management systems is preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.\nCustomer-focused mindset with strong follow-through and a team-oriented attitude.\nWillingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, if required.\nCompensation &
