The position is responsible for the day-to-day contract operations at all locations covered by this contract and serves as the single point of contact for the Coast Guard's Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). This role leads the functional areas with a focus on the technical aspects needed to meet customer requirements and ensures all services and deliverables required by the contract are met. This position requires disciplined project management, quality control, and continuous improvement to ensure the Coast Guard sustains and modernizes its C5I products and services.\nTypical Responsibilities:\nServe as the single point of contact for the COR and manage day-to-day contract operations of the contracted functions at all locations.\nLead the functional areas with a focus on technical aspects to meet customer requirements and ensure all PWS services and deliverables are met.\nSchedule personnel and staffing levels; assign and prioritize work within the team; and provide performance measurement criteria on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.\nCoordinate and submit travel and training requests and perform quality control within the team.\nCoordinate all aspects of onboarding and departing Contractor personnel, including coordination with the Command/Division Security Office and Property Control Officer.\nOversee proper operation of contract resources, including the tools used to support the contracted functions.\nProvide continuous improvement recommendations to the COR on the operation of the contracted functions.\nProvide notification to the KO and COR five (5) calendar days prior to any scheduled absence and designate one alternate Lead with full authority to act during absences.\nDeliver weekly and monthly progress reports and attend meetings, conferences, and present deliverables as required.\nLocation: Hybrid work schedule: Approximately 2-3 days onsite each week at the THOR office in Virginia Beach, VA. Other days will be remote, or supporting occasional site visit requirements at the USCG C5ISC in Portsmouth, VA.\nTravel: Up to 10% travel to CONUS locations is anticipated to support Government meetings.\nTypical Physical Activity: Primarily desk/computer work in an office environment. May involve: repetitive motion.\nTypical Pay Range: The anticipated pay range for this position in the identified location is $145,000 - $160,000. Actual compensation offered will be based upon individual factors including education, qualifications, and experience.\nExisting SECRET Security Clearance Required: This position requires an existing active Secret security clearance prior to hire.
