This position is responsible for receiving deliveries, relocating materials using forklift, pallet jack, order pickers, or putting up finished goods while strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).\nSuccess in this role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality and safety, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Warehouse Material Handler collaborates with team members, maintains accurate documentation, operates material-handling equipment, and supports overall workflow efficiency to ensure customers receive the correct products on time.\nOperating Schedules:\n1st Shift 7:00am- 3:30pm \n2nd Shift 3:00pm-11:30pm (+$2.25 Shift Differential)\n3rd Shift 11:00pm-7:30am (+$2.25 Shift Warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), safety requirements, and company policies.\nAccurately receive, issue, inspect, label, store, and stage raw materials and packaging supplies for production.\nMaintain accurate inventory records, complete required documentation, and assist with daily inventory counts.\nOperate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks; obtain and maintain forklift certification.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse using established inventory practices, including First In/First Out (FIFO).\nSupport the efficient flow of warehouse activities while following OSHA and site safety standards.\nWHAT YOU NEED\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nPrior forklift, pallet jack and order picker experience is required.\nAbility to read and understand written instructions in English, including SOPs and cGMP requirements.\nBasic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and decimal-based measurements.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to accurately distinguish between product codes and lot numbers.\nAbility to safely work with ingredients and products containing potential allergens, including nuts, soy, dairy, fish, and shellfish.\n\n Physical Demands\nAbility to work a full shift, including overtime as needed, in a warehouse environment with moderate noise levels.\nAbility to lift and move up to 55 pounds, including repetitive lifting from floor to table height.\nAbility to stand, move throughout the warehouse, and perform repetitive reaching, grasping, and wrist movements during a shift.\nAbility to stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead as required.\nAbility to safely operate warehouse equipment and machinery.\nAbility to climb and descend a ladder while carrying up to 20 pounds.\nAbility to see and read small print and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.\n\nWHAT WE
