Join us on our mission and be part of our rockstar team!\nWhat you will do:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web services, APIs, and front-end applications. \nCollaborate with Product, Business, and Clinical/Ops teams to shape features from concept to delivery. \nWrite clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews and architecture discussions. \nOptimize performance across the stack to ensure reliability and speed. \nContribute to team-wide engineering best practices and tooling improvements.\nRequirements\nAbout you:\nDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field \n4+ years of experience building SaaS, mobile, or health tech products \nStrong command of front-end frameworks like React Native, plus HTML5, CSS, and TypeScript \nSolid experience with back-end languages such as Elixir, Python, or Ruby on Rails \nComfortable working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and other relational databases \nFamiliar with DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, CI/CD pipelines) and cloud environments \nStrong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset \nBonus: Experience in mental health tech, health startups, or regulated environments\nIMPORTANT NOTE:\n Time Zone: Must be able to work in Malaysia/Singapore time (GMT+8).\nLanguage: Must be proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.\nUnfortunately, we’re not able to offer visa sponsorship at this time.\nBasic Salary Range: MYR8,300 - MYR13,300\nThoughtfull is an equal opportunity employer.
