This role is part solutions architect, part sales, part product manager. Technical competence is the foundation but communication is the heart of this role. You will be an innovator, an educator, an advocate, and an ambassador. \n\nYou’ll have the opportunity to work with hyper-scalers, ISVs, SIs, and other channel partners to showcase the power of Thought’s agentic analytics platform and how it fits into AI-forward architectures. You will not only understand our integrations deeply, but help shape them with our Product leadership. You’ll help shape how our entire GTM team thinks about partnerships and become the go-to expert for partner products. \n\nWhat you'll do:\n\nDrive ThoughtSpot's revenue through product strategy, technical enablement, and support of strategic partners\n\nBuild and lead the technical relationships with ThoughtSpot's cloud partners (Snowflake, Databricks, GCP, AWS, etc.) on both product and field engineering fronts to turn them into champions\n\nCreate and evangelize tools & accelerators with partners - technology and SI - to incorporate ThoughtSpot into demoware, accelerators, and all forms of pre-sales & post-sales architectures & solutions\n\nDevelop domain expertise and thought leadership regarding ecosystem technology trends as well as in new areas for expansion to create and champion a vision for joint innovation\n\nBuild the business case and communicate partner needs, product feedback, and innovation opportunities to Product Management & Engineering to incorporate partnerships into the roadmap and backlog\n\nCollaborate with Partnership GTM and PMM to develop joint product messaging, competitive intelligence, and objection handling\n\nWork with SIs to incorporate latest releases into their solution development, architectures, and training & enablement \n\nProvide leadership and enablement to ThoughtSpot's SE, CS, and PS teams on partner capabilities, building bridges between them partners\n\nSurvey the broader data ecosystem for new technical partnership opportunities and threats\n\nWhat you bring:\n\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a comparable field is preferred\n\n7+ years of technical sales or solution architect experience\n\n5+ years of hands-on experience with data platform implementations in cloud environments\n\nAdvanced proficiency with SQL & Python\n\nFamiliarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and similar\n\nCloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake)\n\nDeep understanding of data warehousing, modeling & analytics concepts\n\nAn ability to quickly communicate complex ideas around a technical topic\n\nComfort working independently in a fast-changing environment\n\nTenacious, curious, and self-motivated, with a strong interest in both sales and technology\n\nWhat will set you apart:\n\nA great reputation in the industry, sought out by partners as a trusted technical advisor\n\nAbility to evangelize ThoughtSpot in the data community\n\nRich hands-on experience and networks with Snowflake and Databricks sellers & SEs\n\nStrong demo development & delivery skills for both technical and nontechnical audiences\n\nUnderstanding of product management & engineering process and how to collaborate on roadmap development\n\nRemote Work at ThoughtSpot\nThis role is available as a remote position\n\nAbout ThoughtSpot\nThe world’s most innovative companies turn to ThoughtSpot’s AI-Powered Analytics to put data in the hands of everyone, from the C-suite to the frontline.
