Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, exceeding client expectations.\nClient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives and key client stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related matters and proactively manage risks and issues.\nTeam Leadership and Program Management: Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Oversee resource allocation, project timelines, and budget management across multiple engagements.\nGrowth and Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for program expansion and new business within existing accounts. Partner with the sales and solution teams to contribute to proposals, statements of work, and go-to-market strategies.\nJob qualifications\nProfessional Skills\n15+ years of total professional experience, including 8+ years leading complex project delivery within a management consultancy, technology consulting firm, or digital engineering services company.\nProven success in leading and delivering multi-million-dollar, multi-year digital transformation programs.\nDemonstrated experience in managing fixed price and outcome based deliveries\nExceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong business acumen and a track record of driving business growth.\n German (B2/C1) required.\nOther things to know\nWork Modality\nHybrid (with up to 40% client-site travel)\nLearning & Development\nThere is no one-size-fits-all career path at Thoughtworks: however you want to develop your career is entirely up to you.
