Starting Pay: $17-$21/hour, depending on experience, plus bonus potential.
High-Earning Potential: With strong performance, bonus-eligible crew members earn an average of $35-$55/hour total compensation. There’s no cap, so your earning potential grows with your success!
The Role
As a construction team member, you will:
- Learn. Start as an Installer, no experience required. We train you on every tool, every process, every safety standard from day one.
- Master. Move from Installer to Lead Installer to Team Lead on skill, not tenure. The better you get, the faster you move.
- Earn. Once you're a Lead Installer or Team Lead, your crew's efficiency drives an uncapped bonus. Skill shows up in your paycheck, not just your title.
