Your infrastructure is what makes shipping all of this possible.\nWhat you'll do\nBuild and maintain the infrastructure that lets the product team ship fast and sleep well.\n\nWork across AWS infrastructure end to end - multi-tenant architecture, container orchestration, disaster recovery, cost optimisation. You know this space and you care about getting it right.\n\nDefine the developer workflow and keep improving it. Build the tooling, observability, and automation that let engineers focus on code, not friction.\n\nPioneer AI-assisted DevOps - explore and implement ways AI can streamline builds, deployments, monitoring, and incident response.\n\nDrive CI/CD excellence: fast builds, safe deployments, quality gates, and the ability for product teams to ship independently.\n\nOwn cloud security posture: IAM, secrets management, compliance, vulnerability scanning. We're a security company - our own infrastructure has to reflect that.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nDeep AWS expertise - you've architected production infrastructure, not just maintained it.\n\nStrong opinions on Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi preferred), CI/CD, and containerisation.\n\nYou balance operational rigour with velocity.
