data engineers, and leadership teams to transform data into actionable insights, predictive models, and intelligent decision-support solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions.\nPerform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business drivers.\nBuild, validate, deploy, and monitor machine learning and statistical models.\nDevelop analytics solutions using Python, R, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, PySpark, and notebooks.\nCreate dashboards and analytical experiences using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.\nPerform forecasting, segmentation, classification, clustering, optimization, and anomaly detection.\nImplement feature engineering and model evaluation techniques.\nSupport AI and Generative AI use cases, including prompt engineering.\nWork with data engineers to develop reliable, governed, analytics-ready datasets.\nApply Medallion Architecture and Lakehouse concepts.\nFollow Git-based version control and CI/CD practices.\nDocument model methodologies, assumptions, validation results, and recommendations.\nPresent analytical insights to business and executive stakeholders.\nMentor junior team members and contribute to analytics best practices.\nRequired Skills\n6–10+ years of experience in Advanced Analytics / Data Science / Statistical Analysis.\nStrong SQL Server, T-SQL, SQL, and relational data modeling experience.\nStrong hands-on experience with Python or R.\nExperience with Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, Forecasting, and Predictive Analytics.\nExperience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.\nExperience with PySpark and notebook-based development.\nKnowledge of feature engineering, model validation, and model monitoring.\nExperience with Generative AI / AI solution development.\nKnowledge of Medallion Data Architecture and Lakehouse concepts.\nExperience with Git and CI/CD.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and data storytelling skills.\nPreferred\nEnterprise-scale analytics solution development.\nWorkforce, recruitment, financial, or operational analytics experience.\nMLOps and end-to-end model lifecycle experience.\nExperience presenting insights to executive stakeholders.\nGitHub Copilot / Microsoft Copilot experience.\nMicrosoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Scientist, or related certifications.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.\nInterested candidates can apply
